We only did a few before adjusting things slightly to add the 22nd fret. The idea was to give slappers deeper access for their thumbs. 22 frets have since been discontinued due to the fact that the end scallop is tricky and time consuming to pull off and the majority of customers were ordering 24.

Or has that become an option now? Or forfeited entirely?

Apologies for the necro-post. I'm looking at a bass that looks [i:wm1odguh]exactly[/i:wm1odguh] like this one, and I have scoured the site and can't find any others like it. Is this a mid-90s Zebra perhaps? What is that control layout? I haven't seen it on any others.

Early nineties I'd say. 3-band Bartolini circuit.
