Sheldon's post has to be one of the greatest post in a bass-related forums of all time. I mean, how often do you see the owner of a well regarded brand not only acknowledging the problems they're currently having on their production line, but also identifying the root causes of them and sharing the action they're taking to solve them? That's amazing. Textbook Problem Management example...

Being one of those still waiting for a NG-2, I couldn't agree more with this sentence:

After all, if you're getting 6X the expected amount of orders, if because you're doing an excelent job to begin with, and excelent tone and quality are atributes your customers get to expect every time they receive a long-awaited Dingwall.
