Not overly happy about this but im letting my Z2 go,i wanted this bass for ages and now i have i find im gravitating towards my AB1's, and with my new build only a short time away ive decided its best to move this on. Trans black finish with a gorgeous birdseye maple board, glock 3 band pre, it really is a beauty. I beleive this was purchased from Bass Direct in the UK sometime in 2014 was pretty much perfect when i got it with the exception of a slight mark on the volume pot (pictured) Since ive had it 2 more things to note are, the bass is currently tuned to A standard rather than B using Kalium Strings, i had the nut slot on the E and B widened slightly by a professional to allow me to use the slightly heavier strings, its fine with a normal set on there and doesn't rattle or anything but i wanted to make that known. Finally there is a very faint pair of scratches on the top of the body, very small and faint could only get one to show up in a picture, you cant feel them running fingers across them but you can just about notice running a fingernail gently over them, very minor as i said.
