Not overly happy about this but im letting my Z2 go,i wanted this bass for ages and now i have i find im gravitating towards my AB1's, and with my new build only a short time away ive decided its best to move this on. Trans black finish with a gorgeous birdseye maple board, glock 3 band pre, it really is a beauty. I beleive this was purchased from Bass Direct in the UK sometime in 2014 was pretty much perfect when i got it with the exception of a slight mark on the volume pot (pictured) Since ive had it 2 more things to note are, the bass is currently tuned to A standard rather than B using Kalium Strings, i had the nut slot on the E and B widened slightly by a professional to allow me to use the slightly heavier strings, its fine with a normal set on there and doesn't rattle or anything but i wanted to make that known. Finally there is a very faint pair of scratches on the top of the body, very small and faint could only get one to show up in a picture, you cant feel them running fingers across them but you can just about notice running a fingernail gently over them, very minor as i said. Edit - Dropping the price on this to £2400 Il cover basic UK shipping with UPS as part of the price but if you want something with more insurance or outside the UK we will need to come to some kind of arrangement. Any questions just ask. Cheers

Hi there, Is the Z2 still available? If so would you be interested in a trade for a Ritter Classic 5 string? I'm based in the UK Please get back to me if you'd like to know more. Cheers

Hi Col, Its not i'm afraid, it sold a couple of months back (apologies should have marked this advert sold) We have actually spoke about you're Ritter before, i was trying to sell a Warwick Dolphin over on Bass Chat if that rings any bells for you. Still love this Ritter! Good luck with the hunt for a Dingwall! Jon

I just received this bass as Christmas gift from the best woman in the world !!!! I immediately put on some new Dingwall steel strings & want to change the nut back to original size/ groove depth Can anyone help me with what My options & Cost will be? Ie is there a way to rebuild the gap? Or will I have to replace the nut? If so, Is it something I can likely do Myself (I'm really good with Set ups & Some articulate wood work..) Insight appreciated
