This is NOT a complaint... just interested in Sheldon's take.
I almost never had to adjust the neck on my AB1. I find with my Z, I do... pretty regularly with the seasons. It's not a problem, because it's so stinkin' easy to do (brilliant truss rod access feature, naturally).
The question is, is this typical? A natural result of the Z having a thinner neck? I often describe the difference between the AB1 and Z (playability-wise) in terms of car metaphors: the AB1 was a good, reliable Camry; the Z is more of a Lambourgini, high performance but requiring a better driver and a bit more tuning.
