Gives you roughly the same cone area as a 6x10 cab, but instead of 6 drivers you have 24 hardworking well built drivers pumping out whatever you feed it with amazing response. If you want to really hear what a Dingwall sounds like, try out a Phil Jones amp, it does nothing to color the sound of your bass, only amplifies it. Of course you can then EQ to your hearts content with parametric and graphic EQ sections, each of which can be defeated or used simultaneuosly. Weight wise, easier to get around because they are "components" but the weight is about the same as my Ampeg fridge.

Now that's what I'm talking about! See, it just goes to prove no matter what you have someone has a bigger one

DHP, I am interested in your opinion of the six pack, I notice you're running two six pack cabs with the M-500. Does that suit you for gigging? I would love to downsize my big rig when I get too old to carry around the big toys but I'm loving the PJB sound. What kind of music do you play and does the double six pack stand its ground in a live setting?
