I get a buzz anytime I touch these toggle switches when the pick ups are live (what ever p/u's are designated based on rotary pick up selector position) I noticed it recently any advice on fixes?

Does this happen when you are touching the strings at the same time?

Adding shielding foil under the pickups (grounded), should help.

We don't shield the cavities, we just added more shielding to the bottoms of the pickups. This would have been done quite a few years ago. There may other issues like static that will be impossible to chase down. If the switches aren't noisy to touch when your fingers are grounding the strings, I'd leave it alone.
