ffstrings@yahoo.com[/size:1qu3d422] http://www.youtube.com/user/PaysonFanne ... ature=mhee I've linked ffstrings@yahoo.com to accept payments via Paypal directly If you know exactly what you want. Please make a note of what model and how many sets. It's perfectly ok to mix the PFNS and PFSS sets in the order if you want to take advantage of the pricing discount for multiple sets. This should help streamline this process. [/size:1qu3d422] Order placed[/color:1qu3d422][/size:1qu3d422] I'm moving forward on this string design. The Payson Fanned Ground Wound Prototypes[/color:1qu3d422] continue to impress me in all areas. One of my Dingwall basses will have these on at all times. Specs: These are a Nickel Ground Wound design. These aren't just stock D'Addario Half Wound sets extended and Tapered. Design steps have been taken to get more detail out of them while still maintaining the "Flats" type sound with better sustain. They sound awesome through the Genz-Benz SL900 15/6 cab. The tension is the same on the neck as the PFNS[/color:1qu3d422] and PFSS[/color:1qu3d422] string sets so all 3 can easily be changed out without tweaking your TR. The PFGW's[/color:1qu3d422] are ground and polished. As I run my finger from the taper to the ground part it's actually slipperier on the ground part, as it should be. Gauges: .125T .105T .85T .65T .45 I'm opting for a .125T B as it sounded better with the set imo and still remained balanced. These take more time to make with 2 extra steps in manufacturing so the price reflects that. With USPS flat rate shipping it's the same to send 1 guitar pick as it is to send 4 sets of strings. So keep that in mind. I'm in for a set! I'll take a C string on the side with that. Hit me with the details. The Payson fanned fret nickels on the AB-1 with P tone pickup are killing it. Thanks Payson!

Hi! I'll be taking my Combustion to my favourite luthier this August, and I'd like to give him a set of Flats to fit. Shipping to France should be about the same as Germany I imagine? All the best; F.

Right now I'm emailing back and forth with Bocete and finalizing the art insert. The order will be placed in the next 2 days. Thank you

And invoice paid - although PayPal are taking their own sweet time sending me the confirmation email, so I hope that doesn't mean the payment hasn't gone through.

This is a very good price, I think, since the standard d'Addario quotes at $55 for the super long scale 5-string set. Thanks, Payson, for sorting this out; I look forward to receiving the sets.

What I wouldn't give for some Payson Fanned Fret strings for the Super J's! :D The nickels sound and play great, I can't wait to try the ground wound.

Sir, which are the strings you sell that come closer to the original Dingwall ones in both material and more importantly gauge, I would like to know if there is a set I can try that will require no adjustment to either, trussrod tension, saddle heigth and saddle intonation but that in your views signifies a definate improvement to the original Dingwall strings. Thanks
