I'm leaving early tomorrow on my Victoria-and-back trip on the back of my Kawi Z750. Maybe not a big deal to you guys, but it's a huge trip for me.

If you're in the Vancouver/Victoria areas, keep your eyes peeled for a black motorbike from Saskatchewan! :D

I'll post pictures.

Left thursday morning. Went from Saskatoon thru Loydminster, Edmonton. Stayed the night in Jasper (Whistler Inn is a beautiful hotel, FYI). The next morning off to Valemount, through hope, and ended up in Harrison hot springs Friday evening. Left Harrison Sunday morning, took the ferry to Victoria and now staying with friends in Colwood.

Trip Notes:

- If your going on long-distance trips on a motorbike, use a bike built for it!
- The mountains are beautiful, but weather changes quickly. Be prepared!
- Do maintenance on your bike BEFORE your trip, not during. :S

I'll "see" you guys when I get back. :)

Summer has finally arrived in the Okanagan, supposed to be sunny & hot through to next week. You should swing back through this way, trust me you won't regret it.

Even though I wanted to take a different route than I did on the way down, I ended up going back the same way I went down. I hung out with Crucified from the board here for a little bit. I then stayed 2 nights in Burnaby before I left and hung out with an old friend. That was fun. AND, I went to MetroTown mall. That is ONE BIG MALL! Not as big as West Edmonton, or Mall of America, but big none-the-less. From Vancouver to Kamloops through to Jasper (after a wrong turn that cost me an hour! :x ), stay the night in jasper, then through Edmonton and back to Saskatoon.

I got home sore and tired, but safe which is the important part.
