Did anybody see Lee Sklar playing at the Latin Grammys last night? I caught a few glimpses of him. He was playing a Dingwall but it wasn't one of his signature basses. It had a natural wood grain top. Was he playing a Z3?

I didn't think to hit the record button :(

To me it looks like the 5-string redwood Prima Artist in the gallery.
Take a closer look at the lighter area on the headstock.

Looks like it has wood pick up covers and a down-turned lower cut-away, so you're probably right about it being a Prima.

I was playing my Prima at the Latin Grammy's. I also used it with Lyle Lovett. He likes the natural finish. I have 3 Dingwalls and try to use them all. My signature is my studio bass and my main road bass. Love them all.
