I am very excited to have ordered an ABII from AXE Music in Alberta. I am in NB so it shouldn't take long to get here. The pics on this forum are amazing. Such beautiful art and functionality. Can't wait!

This is a killer bass! Plays and sounds incredible. Looks like a work of art with it's quilted redwood top. Love it.

Yes my AB 2 is similar but with a walnut neck/wenge board. I see Suhr guitars offer a "roasted" maple neck (such as on the Guthrie Govan signature models). What is the advantage? Looks or tonal difference?
