Beautiful Sheldon.

Have you ever thought of doing a scaled down SJ headstock on your guitars, inline 6, or maybe a 4/2 stubbier version?

Definitely considered the scaled down SJ. 4+2 is trademarked by EB I think.

Carvin's Holdsworth model has a 2/4 or a 4/2 depending if you order it reversed.

Hmm, maybe the trademark has run out. Or possibly it's just on the basses 3+1.

Unfortunately Sheldon the EBMM 3+1 and 4+2 trademark is verymuch still in place, the only one EB could not trademark was 4+1 as in the 5 strings basses.

Great review, but I give my Custom I a 5/5!! It's the sweetest playing, nicest looking, best sounding, most comfortable and best built electric guitar I've owned. I use it on almost everything I do. I can't recommend it highly enough. About the only bass it doesn't cover for my needs is a real thick warm humbucker sound but I've got another guitar that does that really well. Amazing guitar!

Sheldon, you and your guys rock!
