Hey Sheldon, I never thought I'd love a jazz bass but here I am with a new addition to the family and I thank you very much for that. However, I was just curious if you have considered the idea of including a birth certificate with these creations? As petty as it sounds I was a little bummed (and I'm sorry for this) when I didn't find anything with my new J(matching burl blocks). I have the little pamphlet that came with my afterburner when I purchased it a number of years ago that has all the build specs on it and I hold value in documents like these. If at all possible would I be able to get a copy of the build sheet or something from you? I understand it is more work on your plate but I think it is something worth while for you guys to do for the yahoos like me. Pretty please!!! And btw. I'm scaring my wife everytime I start showing her pics of the tops you have in the wood room. I have a vision for one of them( ok. More like 7 of them) already. The buckeye that is ON HOLD Right now is amazing. Birds eye maple neck and fretboard and matching block inlays???????? Just a thought. Let me know if it comes off of hold please. I'll get a second mortgage. Cheers Nate.

Hi Nate, yeah, I'm sorry we don't have better documentation available. So much of what we do get's revised and updated on the fly that it's become impossible to keep up on the documentation without hiring someone to come in and do just that job. Right now all of our hiring efforts are going into much needed production help. Regarding the buckeye top, send and email to wood@dingwallguitars. Ask Joey to put your name on the list for that piece. He's real on top of the wood inventory.

As a small trade (plumbing) business owner I understand. The "office" side of things sure is time consuming. Sometimes somethings gotta give.
