That's one of the nicest 'guards I've seen.

I like the pattern but no so much the colour.

You wouldn't want it shaded too dark, however, because it will lose the "pop factor". Dang it, Sheldon - you're making me question pink as the color choice for my SJ I had a thought on the SJ headstocks- is it possible to have the flame cutout painted to match the body color? I think this would be a really nice custom touch. Mark

I'll try and visualize that and/or do a test.

Is a pick guard of this material available separately and what is the asking price?

My vote still goes for the tortoise on white, although that's an interesting matchup.

can a person purchase the baltic amber p/g material in a blank? i've made templates and built guards in the past and would be game to make one for my SJ if it's available...
