Hi Sheldon,
Can someone inform me whether the ABII-5 nr. 3906 and 3840 have the new mach2 bridge pickup?
I'm not certain on wood (body/top) details. Are both wallnut body/bubinga top or is one Natural Bubinga Pomele? I haven't seen both basses yet, but am interested. I know the 3906 is semi hollow, which would be a nice addition to my AB1-4 (first series) and SJ P/J, at least that is what I guess.
Could you also tell me whether my good old AB1-4 series 3477 has FD-1 or FD-3?
Good to see that Europe is picking up DW more and more.

I think the Mach II-loaded Dingwalls have only very recently started shipping, so I doubt there are any of those in Europe yet... It should be a very recent arrival.

Hi Marton,
Your AB1 4 has FD1 pickups.
The other two bass you speak of have FD3's.
3906 has a Pomele top.
3840 is a standard bubinga.
