Hey Shelton,
If I go with a 3X, Tone Capsule and series/parallel switches is there an option for a push/pull master volume for active passive? If so does is there a tone control when passive? Or for that setup would the active/passive switch be like the NG2, when in passive mode no tone control?

Yes to the active/passive. No to the tone control in passive when using the Tone Capsule.

The active/passive will be a push/pull on the volume to avoid toggle switch overload on 3x systems with series/parallel toggles.
